Situated in New Malden Surrey. STN Drylining were commissioned to carry out all the drylining, plastering, tiling and painting for 5 flats and 3 houses.

Co-ordination of trades in a relatively small site and managing the works to ensure minimal disruption to neighbours and tenants was one of the many challenges we faced. Access to the site was extremely tight so making sure we delivered/ordered the correct materials was vital.

As you can see from the images below the finish was done to a very high standard, 5 of the units sold within the first day of marketing.
